LOGISTICS OPERATIONS OFFICER JOB DESCRIPTION.

LOGISTICS OPERATIONS OFFICER RESPONSIBILITIES

• Well versed in Inco Terms, import/export/sales duties and taxes, customs clearance procedures 
  
• Key in accurately all the vendor costs, customer billings into accounting system 
  
• Managing/ Monitoring incoming and outgoing shipments meeting deadlines 
  
• Working together with Logistics Manager/ Assistant Manager in liaising with transportation/forwarding agencies/suppliers/customers for all shipments ensuring the accuracy on timely import/export deliveries to customers 
  
• To maintain accurate and up to date filing system 
  
• Responsible for full scope of total logistics supply chain operations 
  
• To perform any other job assignments as directed by superior

LOGISTICS OPERATIONS OFFICER REQUIREMENT

• Required Language:
  • English
  • Malay 
    
    
• Age:
  • Above 25-40 years old 
    
• Required Working Experience and other requirement:
  • At least 3 years working experiences in related field.
  • Fresh graduate may be considered with relevant field of studies in Logistics/Supply chain
  • Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/Professional Certificate
  • Good communication skills
  • Computer literate
  • Possess positive attitude, team player, able to multi-task, self-motivated, work independently and able to work under pressure
